Questions
How this site works, what it will not do, and what happens if you ask someone to call you.
Questions about this site
- Is this site free to use?
- Yes. Every calculator and the coverage assessment are free, and none of them asks for your name, phone number or email to give you a result. Contact details are only ever needed if you decide you want a person to call you.
- Will the tools tell me which plan or policy to buy?
- No, and that is deliberate. The tools explain how coverage works and do the arithmetic with the numbers you enter. They do not name, rank or compare insurance companies or plans, because doing that responsibly needs current licensed plan data for your exact situation. For Medicare plan comparison, the official plan finder at Medicare.gov has the current formularies and networks for your county.
- Does a result here mean I qualify for coverage?
- No. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, an eligibility determination or an underwriting decision. Those are made by an insurance company, or by the relevant government program, after a full application.
- Can I see a real premium before I talk to anyone?
- Not a final one. What a policy actually costs depends on underwriting — your age, health history, the exact product and the insurer — so any figure produced without that is a guess dressed up as a quote. The tools show you what drives the price and roughly what shape of coverage fits, which is what makes the conversation afterwards shorter.
- Which states can you help people in?
- Insurance is licensed state by state. Nar Tree Life can help in: AZ, FL, IN, NC, OH, TN, TX, WI. If you are somewhere else, the calculators still work and cost nothing, but we would not be able to place coverage for you.
- Are you licensed?
- Yes. Licence 20625972. You can verify any insurance licence with the department of insurance in the state that issued it, which is worth doing with anyone who asks you for personal details.
- What does it cost to speak to an agent?
- Nothing to talk. Insurance agents are generally paid a commission by the insurance company when a policy is placed, rather than a fee by you — and it is a fair question to ask any agent directly how they are paid before you go any further.
- What happens after I ask for a callback?
- Your details are stored by Nar Tree Life and sent to the agency that will call you, where Tuncay Yalcin works the enquiries. A licensed agent follows up using whichever contact method you chose. We do not publish a response time, because one nobody has committed to would be worth nothing to you.
- Will I be put on a call list or sold to other companies?
- Your details are used to answer the request you made. Exactly what is collected, how long it is kept and who it is shared with is set out in the Privacy Policy on this site — read that rather than take a one-line reassurance for it, here or anywhere else.
- How do I stop being contacted?
- Reply STOP to any text message, tell whoever calls you, or use the contact page to ask in writing. The request is recorded against your details and applies to future contact, and you never have to give a reason.
- Are you part of Medicare or another government program?
- No. Nar Tree Life is a private insurance agency. This site is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or the Social Security Administration. The official sources are Medicare.gov, SSA.gov and HealthCare.gov, and this site links to them wherever a question belongs there.
- Do I have to complete the assessment to talk to someone?
- No. The assessment exists because it makes the first conversation more useful, not as a gate in front of it. The contact page asks for a few details and nothing else.
This page is general educational information. It is not financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and nothing here determines eligibility for any insurance product or government program.
